Welcome to the Great Aussie Health Challenge.
The challenge is simply about achieving maximum health and wellbeing, at a pace that can be maintained over our lifespans.
The challenge is really about education and motivation. Many of us have the education but lack the motivation. There are plenty of unemployed PhD recipients out there, but I know that PhD doesn’t guarantee anything much these days.
Motivation is the key. We use a simple statistical and lifestyle analysis of where we are now, where we want to be, and how we are going to get there. Okay, we can and will throw in some worrying motivating statistics for those who make poor lifestyle choices.
Most importantly we demand that all behaviour modifications are fun.
